Jason Ostrander received his massage and bodywork education in 1994 through Dr. Jay Sherer’s Academy of Natural Healing in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He grew up in West Virginia and moved to Virginia over 17 years ago. He now enjoys living in Stafford County with his wife and 2 young children.
An active member of his church, Jason has a passion for missions, particularly the Susu people of Africa. He is not only concerned about his client's physical health, but also their spiritual needs. He has a background in sports, including skiing, soccer, and football.
Techniques used by Jason are: Swedish Massage, Massage for Pregnancy, Hot Stone Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and Lymph Drainage Therapy. He is committed to partnering with you to improve your well-being.
